Find below our frequently asked questions. Please note we cannot answer questions in relation to germinating or growing of seeds. Our seeds are for souvenir purposes only.
All products are packaged discreetly so you can have peace of mind your products are delivered safely.
We source our seeds from the finest European and American seed banks.
Buying, selling and possessing cannabis seeds is legal in the United Kingdom providing they are not germinated. We would advise you check your own countries rules and regulations on cannabis seeds before ordering.
No we cannot advise on the germination or growing process of the seeds. Customers who enquire about germination or growing techniques will not be allowed to place any further orders.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail.
If your order is purchased before 2pm Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched that very same day.
The cost depends on the postage you choose at the checkout, we offer three options.
- Royal Mail 24 – £2.70
- Guaranteed Next Day Delivery – £6.70 – Order before 2pm weekdays.
- Guaranteed Saturday Delivery – £12.00 – Order before 2pm on Friday afternoon.
We ship worldwide, however you must check your countries rules and regulations before importing cannabis seeds.
Delivery speeds depend on your Country of Residence and the service chosen at the checkout.
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Kingdom of Seeds account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
If no person is available to accept the delivery, a card will be placed through your door to let you know which course of action has been taken. Actions include:
- Returning your order to the Post Service Provider.
- Leaving your order with a neighbour.
- Leaving your order somewhere safe on your property.
Providing the package is sealed and has not been tampered with then we will happily accept refunds. We cannot accept refunds if the seed packaging has been opened or if the seed has failed to germinate.
